I wanted to take a moment and thank you for participating in our Kaizen event yesterday. All of the feedback I was given from the event was extremely positive. Team members told me that your input was extremely valuable and certainly made a difference.I think it goes without saying that we appreciate the fact you work with us in this type of a capacity and vendors that do this help separate them from just the “others” in terms of value. Hopefully the event was fulfilling to you as well.

Months ago while searching for a racking vendor I reached out to CMH for assistance for racking solutions for a government client. Truth be told I reached out to a number of racking vendors, but the only real assistance I got was from you. While others attempted to push their product and rush through the conversation, you really took your time to listen to the government’s needs, suggest solutions, and provide fair and accurate pricing. There is something to be said for that.

Since then we have worked together providing solutions for a number of government agencies. And with your knowledge, willingness to work through complex situations, delivery of material on time, and ability to work through intense government restrictions, all of our project have been a great success. For your prompt attention to matters, dedication to my company and our government clients, and even some of the late night correspondence, I want to say thank you.
